單法蘭松套傳力接頭優點

 單法蘭松套傳力接頭優點： 


    1、安裝簡單方便、方便閥門安裝、可承受管線的軸向拉力。 

    2、單法蘭松套傳力接頭采用金屬鑄造或焊接組成，松套部位選用梯形橡膠密封圈，在壓蓋和螺栓的作用下。 
    3、利用橡膠壓縮彈性變形原理。迫使密封圈變形于接頭本體伸縮管外壁之間進行靜密封。
 壓蓋式限位伸縮接頭安裝在管道上后，擰緊螺母彈性密封圈，在螺母壓蓋的作用下依靠相互斜度，緊壓在管子外圈密封和連接作用。當溫度變化時管子能在接頭中間自由的伸縮，當地基下沉，管子能偏斜，并確保密封無滲漏，從而起到自動補償之目的。
    壓蓋式限位伸縮接頭主要由：壓蓋、本體、密封圈、限位螺桿、螺母、限位伸縮管、螺栓組成。主要作用是防止管道超量位移導致的伸縮接頭的泄露和損壞，在允許位移的范圍內吸收管道的軸向位移，承受管道的壓力和推力。
